Playing the Game:

the tutorial (pick the first option from the tutorial button above) is relatively easy to get the hang of, if you've ever played links, or mario golf, or any other type of golf game.

if you continue through the tutorial without skipping anything (eg, hitting the skip button to the upper right) and get a par or lower on the 1-hole test, you get your first caddy. a catbag!

this is simply a reference for everything onscreen. hit ENTER to chat, and don't curse too much, else it'll get pissed off at you and mute you for a while.

consult the controls for how to work everything which i'll paste here again:

camera controls:

left, right: move left and right
up, down: altitude, raise and lower
shift up, shift down: forward and back

press space to get back to the player

play controls:

shift left, shift right (or pgdn, pgup): choose club
left, right: aim

once you've got everything right, click START to start the power meter, it'll go to the end (click it for how much power you want) and it'll come back for accuracy. click it as close to the | as you can for a good accurate shot. you'll be rewarded with in-game currency for good shots and good holes.

chat commands:

enter brings up the chat bar, enter makes it go away. ctrl+e brings up the emoticon selection, or click the ^_^ button
